All the parcels are charged their actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher. To calculate the volumetric weights please use the following calculation.
- For DotZot express service: Length x Breadth x Height (in cm)/6000.
- For DotZot economy service: Length x Breadth x Height (in cm)/4750.
- Volumetric weight will normally be used in cases where a light parcel is shipped in a very large box.

Delivery should take from 3-7 days from the date of collection however outlying areas such as parts of North East & Jammu & Kashmir etc., may take slightly longer.
