Early Life

Atif Aslam was born on 12th March, 1983 in Wazirabad, Pakistan. In 2001, he went to PAF College where he studied F.Sc (Pre-Engineering). Later on, he went to University Of Central Punjab and pursued his Bachelors in Computer Sciences. Atif Aslam’s father always wanted his son to become an engineer but Atif aspired to be fast bowler and was even selected in a national team, but it seems life had different plans which finally made him a singer. He has participated and won several singing competitions. He won his first ever singing competition in his college on Independence Day celebrations.

Career

Atif formed a band called Jal along with his friends and sang Aaadat which came out to be a big success and was aired on different channels like City FM 89, FM 100, Mast FM 103, FM 105 etc. Even the video of the song was a swashbuckling chartbuster. The song gave Atif Aslam the much needed platform to start with a bang.

However the band got separated and led to many rumors. In spite of all of this, Atif decided to pursue singing and his unique vocal capability took him to amazing success and earned him so much fame and name not only in Pakistan but in India as well. Since then, the singer has not turned backwards and his desire to become a super singer made him cross all the barriers and helped him climbing up ladder of his career consistently.

Wife/Affair

Atif Aslam got married to his longtime girlfriend of seven years,Sara Bharwana. The duo tied the knot on 28 March 2013 in Lahore club. The wedding was a private affair, attended only by family and close friends. Atif first met Sara Bharwana at Kirnnaird College about 13 years ago. The couple looks very gorgeous and fabulous together. Recently, the couple gave birth to a baby boy named Ahad Atif.
